10 words that describe me

This project

Last week in ecomm we learned how to use photoshop. Last quarter we picked ten words to describe ourselves. Then we put those words into photoshop and put the words in a certain format. After that we could change the color or font of the words. So I kept all my words the same font and changed the color of each word. I did that so my screen wouldn't look too busy. After that we had to take the words off the screen and decide when we wanted each word to appear on the screen. I took whatever word I wanted and took it off the screen on the opposite side it was placed. That way the word would take longer to get to its spot. After that I saved my project and it was done!

What I learned

During this project I learned how to use photoshop. The biggest thing I learned is how to animate. Ive never really tried doing anything like it before so it was really fun. I learned how to make different words come together and go into a formation.

How it went
This project was different than any other projects I have ever done. It was a little hard at first to get the words where I wanted them to go. But it went really well once I got going. Im looking forward to doing more animation in the future.

My personality type

After taking the Meyers-Briggs test it said my personality type was ENTJ. I am 9% extravert, 16% intuitive,1% thinking, and 16% judging. The test also said I take control of the situation and if there is a problem I try and fix it. I try to find new solutions instead of using other solutions I've used in the past or things other people have done. I like to plan out everything I do and set goals for myself while helping others set theirs, I also tend to share my knowledge. I went to another site and it said I like to spend my time talking to others. It also said I think through all of my decisions before I make them. I excel at logical reasoning and am quick-witted. On the first day we got our teams and started thinking of ideas that we could draw that would symbolize each one of us. But the symbols had to sort of have the same theme throughout the drawing. So we each came up with four ideas that we could use. Some were similar and some not at all. For my symbols I chose a red rose which means promise, a sun which I think means happy, a tree for nature, hearts for love, and an American flag for USA. To be similar we all tried to do nature related things but like I said before some were a little off topic. On day two our groups started sketching the things we wanted to draw on paper. vector illustrated portrait pre-production When we were assigned this project we were asked to take a picture of ourselves, siblings, or a pet and turn it into a vector portrait. I chose to use a picture of my dog because in that certain picture he had just came back from getting a hair cut and they put a cute bow tie on him. The sun was also shining through the window which made his fur have a variety of colors.We had a choice between an organic vector project and a low poly geometric portraits. I chose to do the low poly geometric portrait, which is when you make tiny triangles on the picture and then fill them will color. I thought that this kind of portrait would look better on an animal than the organic portrait would. production My time spent creating in illustrator was very enjoyable.
